Survey Service.

Our representative offers an on-site survey. This will enable us to ascertain the type of flue that you have, advise on suitable fires, assess the job and discuss removal and disconnection of any existing fireplace. We also advise on any building work that may be required.

We do suggest a visit to our showrooms so that you have a feel for our fireplaces and fires and are able to discuss ideas with our representative.

We also offer a bespoke design service, and would be pleased to advise on opening up an existing chimney or installing a hole in the wall fire.

Installation Service.

We employ our own fireplace fitters and CORGI gas engineers who have worked with us for many years.

This ensures that your fire or fireplace will be fitted correctly by a professional installer, who has the relevant experience in ensuring that building regulations and gas safety regulations are adhered to.

A typical installation following an on-site survey would involve removal of an existing fireplace and gas fire, levelling the floor and wall area to ensure flush fit, installing the back panel and hearth followed by mantle, chasing all fixings into the wall and plastering over,. Installation and commissioning of gas fire. Leave the site clean and tidy and removal of all rubble.
